With so much uncertainty, could improving data quality in the federal financial reporting process help in the economic recovery?  This hour-long event featured perspectives from the government and private sector while they explore federal financial data reporting requirements, where changes are being made, and what existing technologies could be adopted to ease burden and facilitate cross-government cooperation. Speakers discussed best practices in keeping leaders, government teams, and constituents informed, current needs for transparency, and what new methods can be used to ensure high quality data in financial reporting.
